The upcoming iPad Pro, anticipated to feature the new M5 chip, may arrive sooner than initially expected.
Recent reports from PhoneArena highlight a rumor originating in Korea that suggests mass production of the next-generation iPad Pro could commence as early as April of this year. This development implies the device could launch ahead of previous predictions of late 2025 or early 2026.
According to the report, components for the iPad Pro (2025) are set to enter mass production in April or May. If the production schedule proceeds without any issues, the launch could take place in October or November 2025.
In addition to the powerful M5 chip, the new iPad Pro is rumored to feature a high-quality OLED screen, which would enhance the visual experience for users. However, it’s worth noting that the report suggests these might be relatively minor updates, leading to questions about the degree of improvement the M5 chip could offer compared to the M4 chip found in the iPad Pro (2024).
As of now, Apple has not provided any official details regarding the next-generation iPad Pro, so we look forward to their announcements in the near future.
